4、.ThispaperaimsatapplyingtheStribeckfrictionmathematicalmodeltolinearmotorslidersystemanddesigningthecontroller.Thecontrollercanbedesignedbythefeed-forwardIntegraltoconductidentificationandcompensationonline,accordingtothecharactersoftribologymodel.thestabilityofsystemsh
5、asalsobeenanalyzedbyusingLiapunovfunctionsandLaSalleInvariancePrinciple.Ashasbeendemonstratedbytheexperimentalresults,thefrictioncompensationofthismodelhasimprovedthetracingperformanceoflinearmotorslidersystem.IntroductionThetracingprecisionisgreatlyinfluencedbecauseoft
6、hefrictionwhenhigh-preciselinearmotor[1]movedinalowspeed,whichresultsfromtracingerrors.ThePerformanceatLowSpeedisoneofthemostimportantsignsinallindexes.Thushowtoguaranteethelow-speedstabilityandtracingprecisionhasbecomehotspotofstudy.Correspondingly,thecompensationmetho
