2、tivedecisionanalysiswithrespecttothelocationofpublicfacilitiesasschoolsinareasneartocoasts,takingrisksofinundationbytsunamisintoaccount.Amathematicalprogrammingformulationwiththreeobjectivefunctionsisgiven.Thefirstobjectivefunctionisaweightedmeanofaminisumandamaximumcovera
3、gecriterion.Thesecondobjectivefunctionexpressesriskbypossibletsunamievents;forquantifyingthisrisk,astatisticalmodelfortsunamioccurrencesbyKaistrenkoandPineginaisapplied.Thethirdcriterionrepresentscosts.Forthesolutionofthemulti-objectiveoptimizationproblem,weproposeaheuris
