3、propriatematerialbutalsounsolicitedcommunicationbystrangers.ThisarticleprovidesanoverviewofsexcrimestheInternetfacilitatesagainstchildrenandthespecificproblemofonlinechildpornography.ThepaperexaminesHongKongsresponsewithspecificreferencetotherecentlyenactedPreventionofChildPornographyOrdinance
4、(Cap579)(PCPO).TheOrdinancessalientfeaturessuchasthedefinitionofchildpornography,theissueofpseudophotographs,theoffencescreatedandthedefencesavailableundertheOrdinanceareevaluated.Ananalysisismadeofrecentlydecidedcaseswithrespecttothenewoffenceofpossession.Itfinallyconcludeswiththeviewthatagen
