5、iresanunderstandingoftheglobalclimatesystem.Manychangeshavebeenobservedinglobalclimateoverthepastcentury.Thenatureandcausesofthesechangeshavebeencomprehensivelychronicledinavarietyofrecentreports,suchasthosebytheIntergovernmentalPanelLüthietal.;Tans;IIASA2onCl
6、imateChange(IPCC)andtheU.S.ClimateChangeScienceProgramAnalysisofairbubblestrappedinanAntarcticicecoreextendingback800,000yearsdocumentstheEarth’schangingcarbondioxideconcentration.Overthislongperiod,(CCSP).Thissectiondoesnotintendtonaturalfactorshavecausedthea
