1、TheFoundationprovidesawardsforresearchinthesciencesandengineering.Theawardeeiswhollyresponsiblefortheconductofsuchresearchandprepara-tionoftheresultsforpublication.TheFoundation,therefore,doesnotassumeresponsibilityfortheresearchfindingsortheirinterpretation.TheFounda
