2、取了将退药率纳入医院综合目标管理考核、建议医生查房后及时修改医嘱、提高患者用药依从性、加强护士核对药品、降低药房断药率等措施。取得的有形成果:我院住院药房退药率由9.57%降至0.92%，形成了退药标准化流程和制度;无形成果:PDCA小组成员在积极性、解决问题能力、自信心等方面有较大幅度的提高。结论PDCA管理模式的应用对降低我院住院药房退药率是可行的。［关键词］PDCA管理;住院药房;退药PDCAcyclemanagementreducingthedrugrepercussionrateofin
