5、alevidenceforchargedensitywave(CDW)presenceinhigh-Tcsuperconductingoxidesisanalyzed.ThetheoryofCDWsuperconductorsispresented.Itisshownthattheobservedpseudogapsanddip-humpstructuresintunnelandphotoemissionspectraaremanifestationsofthesameCDWgappingofth

6、equasiparticledensityofstates.Hugepseudogapsaretransformedintomodestdip-humpstructuresatlowtemperatures,T,whentheelectronspectrumsuperconductinggappingdominates.Heatcapacityjumpsatthesuperconductingcriticaltemperatureandtheparamagneticlimitarecalculat

7、edforCDWsuperconductors.Foracertainrangeofparameters,theCDWstateinad-wavesuperconductorbecomesreentrantwithT,themaincontrolquantitybeingaportionofdielectrcallygappedFermisurface.Itisshownthatintheweak-couplingapproximation,theratiobetweenthesupercondu

8、ctinggapatzerotemperatureΔ(T=0)andTchastheBardeen-Cooper-Schrieffervaluefors-waveCooperpairingandexceedsthecorrespondingvalueford-wavepairingofCDWsuperconductors.Thus,largeexperimentallyfoundvalues2Δ(T=0)/Tc≈5÷8areeasilyreproducedwithreasonable
