1、协议书的格式及样板篇一：协议书格式范本协议书格式范本协议书概念协议：协议是指当事人双方就某一事情、问题，经过协商后订立的一种具有经济关系或其他关系的契约。协议书与合同同属一大类的经济文书，都具有法律效力，联系也很密切。协议可以成为当事人订立某项合同愿望的草签意见，合同则是落实这意见的具体表现。但是协议和合同还是有区别的。1、角度范围不同。协议书往往较多地涉及宏观角度、总的原则。协商的是政治、经济、军事、法律等有关问题，大至国家关系，小至个人往来、合作办事、解决纠纷，适应范围大；合同则较多从微观角度，就某一具体事项签约。2、内容要求不同。协议书的内容不及合同具体细微，如两个企业签订联营或者联
