3、asiblemethod,high-beinginfusedwithboilingwaterthenperformanceliquidchromatographycoupledwithphotodiode-arraydetection,hasbeendried,areused,traditionally,totreatdevelopedbothforfingerprintinganalysisandforquantitativeanalysisofhyperosideandimpotence,prospermia,enuresiswithtiliroside.Compoundsweresep
4、aratedona4.6mm9250mm,5-lmparticle,C18columnrenalasthenia,andgonobolia[1].Thewithamobilephasegradientpreparedfromacetonitrileand0.5%(v/v)aqueousglacialplantiswidelydistributedineastChina.-1Phytochemicalstudiesontheraspberryaceticacid.Themobilephaseflowratewas1.0mLmin,thetemperature30°C,theinjectionv
5、olume10lL,andthedetectionwavelength340nm.Undertheoptimumconditionshaverevealedthepresenceofanthocya-thetwocompoundscouldbewellseparatedwithgoodlinearrelationshipsbetweenresponsenin,ascorbicacid[2],flavonoids,andandamountintherange0.0242.380lgforhyperosideand0.0262.570lgfortiliroside.triterpenes[3,4
6、].Itschemicalconstitu-Recoveryofhyperosideandtilirosidewas99.3and106.0%,respectively.Thestandardizedentsmayvarysubstantially,becauseofchromatographicfingerprintandthesimilarityofsampleswerecalculatedbyuseofsoftware.cultivationindifferentareasandunderPrincipal-componentsanalysiswasusedtodifferentiate
