2、FBfurnacewasdevelopedinthisstudybydividingCFBfurnaceverticallyintodensezone,splashzoneanddilutezone.Thisfurnacemodeltogetherwiththeothercomponentsmodelsingas-solidcirculationloopweregroupedintothedynamicmodelofcombustionsystemofanindustrial-scaleCFB.Bycalculatingsubmodelsdynamica
3、lly,transientresponseofCFBcombustionsystemwasinvestigated,andtheresultsshowedsounddynamicalchangeofkeyparametersinthesethreezones.Inaddition,bytakingthekeyprocessesintoaccountandabstractingthemainfactorsoutoftheseprocesses,themodelalsoproducedresultsthatwerecoincidentwiththedesig

5、toitsadvantagesinfuelflexibility,wideloadoperation,lowpollutantemissionandhighcombustionefficiency.WiththetrendoflargerCFBboilerandhighersteamparameters,operatorsoflarge-scaleCFBunitsarefacingmorechallengesontheabilityofhandlingpossibleoperationmalfunctionscorrectlyandpromptly.Th
6、isencouragesthedevelopmentofCFBboilertrainingsimulators,whosecoretechnologyisthesimulationofthedynamicprocessesinCFBfurnace.SomestudieshavebeenconductedwithrespecttothedynamicmodelofCFB.Byestablishingmodelsforfurnace,cyclone,returnlegsandexternalheatexchanger,theverticaldistribut
7、ionoftemperatureandgascompositionwereinvestigated[1].However,refractorybrickswerenotconsideredinthisstudy,whichleadstothedeviationbetweensimulatedtemperaturechangeandtherealone.Thesamedrawbackexistedin[2]whilethegenerationanddeoxidizationofpollutantwasconsidered.[3]overcamethisdr
