2、AcceptedAugust22,1990Thepreliminaryresultsofastudyusingmercury-intrusionporosimetryonfreeze-driedsamplesofclayeysoilsarepresented.Theamountofsecondaryconsolidationhasbeenvariedforseveralsamplesofthreesoiltypesbyholdingtheconsolidationstresssteadyat120kPafordifferentdurations.Examinationoftheporesiz
