4、lthoughthecreedisacodifiedformoftheoriginalreligiousexperience.Inthestoryofapatientwhowasconvincedhehadcancer,butwhoserealdifficultylayinobsessivedriveshedidnotwanttorecognize,thedesireofmeningeneraltoavoidrevelatorycontactwiththeunconsciousisstressed;fromprimitiveti
5、mestothepresent,manisseentoconstructritualandtabootoprotecthimfromthevoicesofhisdreamsandthecontentofhisunconscious.ThedefiniteformsandlawsoftheChurchareseeninthislight.Twodreamswithspecificallyreligiousmanifestationsarebrieflyanalyzedtodemonstratetheexistenceofthese
