6、orsforminimizingthenumberofusedcolors.Sincetheoriginalproblemtargetdetectionandactiveultrasonicsensorsforranging.hasbeenprovedtobeNP-hard,weproposeadistributed-Innoncooperativetrackingsystemswheretheecho-basedsaturation-degree-basedalgorithm(DSDA)whichcanbeimple-sensorslikeultraso
7、nicsensorsareused,theintersensorinter-mentedlocallybyeachnodewithinformationcollectedfromference(ISI)becomessevereparticularlywhennearbyactiveitsneighbors.Furthermore,weverifythataninterference-freescheduleisguaranteedtobeobtainedbyDSDA.Wederiveana-sensorsworksimultaneouslyinthesa
