3、ousenvironmentalthreatstocantlychangetheenergybalanceoftheatmosphereover60%oftheworldpopulationlivinginAsia.andattheEarth’ssurface.GeneralcirculationmodelTheincreasingaerosolloadinginAsiancountries(GCM)studieshavesuggestedthatanthropogenicassociatedwithindustrializationduringthelasttwoaerosolfo

4、rcingcouldinfluencetheseasonalrainfalldecadeshascausedmajorhealth-relatedproblemsdistributioninthemonsoonregionsoverSouthassociatedwithworseningairqualityandhasalso(Ramanathanetal.2001,2005;Chungetal.2005)andimpactedaviationsafety.RecentfieldexperimentsEastAsia(Menonetal.2002).Othershavedemon-o

5、vertheSouthAsian(Ramanathanetal.2001)andstratedtheimportanceoftheatmosphericheatingbyEastAsian(Conantetal.2003;Lietal.2007a)regionselevatedabsorbingaerosols(dustandblackcarbon)inAMERICANMETEOROLOGICALSOCIETYMARCH2008
