2、评分（急性生理与慢性健康状况评分），比较二者与该评分之间的相关性，进一步探讨降钙素原在诊断脓毒症方面的价值。方法：选择2014年9月至2015年3月入住我院重症监护病房(ICU)的脓毒症患者100例，按感染程度（由轻到重）分为三组：脓毒症组，严重脓毒症组，脓毒症休克组，同时选择同期入住我院普通病房的非脓毒症患者20例作为对照组，检测其血清降钙素原,c-反应蛋白水平及APACHEⅡ评分，进行对比分析。结果：脓毒症组，严重脓毒症组，脓毒症休克组的血清降钙素原，c-反应蛋白水平和APACHEⅡ评分均高于非脓毒症组，差异有统计学意
3、义（P<0.05）;脓毒症组血清降钙素原水平、APACHEⅡ评分随感染程度的升高而升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,而血清c-反应蛋白水平差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;血清降钙素原水平与APACHEⅡ评分之间呈显著正相关（r＝0.68，P<0.05）,而血清c-反应蛋白水平和APACHEⅡ评分之间无相关性（P>0.05）。结论：血清降钙素原对脓毒症的诊断价值优于c-反应蛋白。关键词：降钙素原；c-反应蛋白；APACHEⅡ评分；脓毒症Abstract：Abstract：Objective:Throughthedet
