4、tructure,andthesefactorsaremostlyvagueandgeneralizedorderedweightedaveraging(GIOWA)operatortodifficulttoquantify.TheevaluationtotheCredittheassembly,andcalculatestheevaluationresults.Basedonthecreditenvironment,thesocialcreditenvironment,Environmentisbasedonthelevelofknowledge,cognitivego
5、vernmentpolicyenvironment,anintermediarybodytoabilityandpersonalpreferences.Soitisdifficulttoexcludemonitortheenvironment,in-housestaffoffouraspectsofthethedeviationcausedbyanumberofman-madefactors.Onlyenvironmentarecalculated.Thismodelastherelevantfrommultipleanglesandlevelstobuildassess
