4、ticipateinthemul-tistepprocessleadingbreastcancerpathogenesis,includingtumorigenesis,tumordifferentiation,ep-ithelialmesenchymaltransition,andmetastasisthroughregulationofvarioustargetgenes.Ontheotherhand,severalstudieshaveraisedquestionsandhighlightedtheroleofGATA3-loworGATA3-negativecellsduring
5、themalignantdevelopmentofbreastcancer.Inadditiontogeneexpression,GATA3mutationsprovideanotherdimensionofcomplexity.Asoneofthemostfrequentlymutatedgenesinbreastcancer,GATA3mutationsmayhaveaneffectonDNA-bindingability,proteinproduction,andtransactivationactivity.RecognitionofthemultiplefunctionofGA
