3、thecontinuouslyexpandingInternet.Theearlyemphasisinknowledgemanagementwasoninformationsystems.Thenthefocusshiftedtowardsorganizationaldevelopment,intellectualcapitalmanagement,andcompetencemanagement.Towardstheendofthe1990’s,sociallearning,organizationalsensemaking,andsystemicinnovationandchangem
4、anagementbecameprominentthemesinknowledgemanagement.Inthenextyears,knowledgemanagementtheoristsandpractitionerswillfindthemselvesaskinghowrevolutionscanbemanaged.Ifknowledgeispower,wherearethelimitsoforganizationalknowledgecreation?Iforganizationallearningandinnovationimplyemancipationofknowledge
5、workersandconstantreorganizationoforganizationalcompetencies,howthenewknowledge-basedorganizationshouldbeorganized?Doweneedanew“organizationalconstitution”thatredefinesrights,responsibilities,andrelationsofknowledgeworkersandemployers?Shouldwe,perhaps,reconsiderthegoalsoflifelonglearningandeducat
