6、yinCanada,anationwithademographicpatternsimilartothatintheU.S.butwitharadicallydifferentpatternofhouseprices.Theresultscastdoubtonthelinkbetweendemographicfactorsandhouseprices.Thestudyisdividedintofoursections.Thefirstcomparesthepatternofrealhousepricesandthede
