3、ntroductionfollowingseedinoculationbyseeddipping.Plantheightanddryweightofbeetincreasedby19%and69%,Sugarbeetisthemostimportantsugarcropintherespectively,comparedwithcontrols.Strain3–1exhibiteddevelopingworld.FertilizersandpesticidesarethemosttheabilitytoincreaseabsorptionofN,P,K,andMgimportantinput

4、sforbeetproductionbutusinggrowth-elementsfromsoilandincreasethecontentofvitaminsBpromotingbacteriacancontributetomakingbeetcultivationandC,andproteinwithinbeet.Inaddition,thestrainalsosustainableandlessdependentonfertilizers.Amongsuchproducedaphytohormone-auxin,producednearlytwiceasbacteriaarerhizo

5、bacteria,whichcolonizeplantrootsandmuchIAAasthatproducedbystrain2–2,andwasabletoconsumerootexudatesandlysates(Pieterseetal.,2002;solubilizephosphates.TheconcentrationofdissolvedPinAntounandPrevost,2006).Somestrains,thegrowth-−1themediumwas180.5mgLafter4daysofincubation.promotingrhizobacteria(PGPR),

6、canpromoteplantgrowth.Infieldexperiments,strain3–1significantlyincreasedtheTheyimprovethecyclingofnutrientsandmineralssuchascontentofsucrose,fructose,andtheyieldofthebeet.Thenitrogen,phosphateandcanbeusedasbiofertilizersgrowth-promotingpropertiesofAcinetobacterjohnsonii(Kennedyetal.,2004).Thegrowth

7、-promotingeffectsofstrain3–1indicatesthatthispromisingisolatemeritsPGPRareaffectedbyenvironmentalconditionsandthere-furtherinvestigationintoitssymbiosiswithbeetplantsforearenotstable.Endophytesincludingavar
