3、lskills(123)withtheonesthatstartedentrepreneurialactivityafterthetraining(40),wefoundthatentrepreneursscorehigherontheOpennessfactor(NEOPIR)beingmoreoptimisticandenthusiastic.NosignificantdifferencesontheExtraversion,ConsciousnessandAgreeablenessfactorsappear.ResultsonJVISindicatethattheentrep
