2、救援指挥决策方案优选问题,提出了方案优选评估的时效性、风险性、针对性和经济性评估指标。应用模糊数学的相关理论构建了模糊综合评估的数学模型。利用模糊集值统计法，采取专家调查打分方法解决了方案评估影响因素的权重值及其评估等级的隶属度的确定问题,并采取加权平均算法对权重集A和评估因素评判隶属度矩阵R进行运算得到评估的结果,能够体现“模糊综合评估”的实质。举灭火救援战斗实例，并且运用此方法进行了评估，写出了详细的计算过程。关键词:灭火救援指挥决策;方案优选;模糊综合评估ResearchofAfuzzycomprehensiveassessme
