1、摘要社会的日新月异发展，人民生活水平的逐步提高与科学的不断进步，这些都需要制度的支持，而制度的支持离不开公民的素质，尤其是公务员的素质。公务员团队是国家现代化建设的主力军。近几年来，报考公务员人气节节攀升，公务员职位竞争也越来越激烈，对我国的经济政治思想以及社会的发展产生重要的影响。本篇文章通过对公务员热产生的原因进行分析，再指出这一问题的积极消极影响，从而解决问题。要从根本上引导公务员热趋势，必须建立公务员录用机制，完善公务员管理机制，同时也需要加强公务员的道德建设。关键词：公务员报考热就业观心理因素1AbstractTherapidblos
