3、eintro-inNorthAmericaandJapan.AlthoughaninfectiousducedintoJapanaftertheWorldWarIIandthenre-agentissuspected,thecauseremainsunknown.How-emergedinamorevirulentformthatsubsequentlyever,significantprogresshasbeenmadetowardunder-spreadthroughtheindustrializedWes
4、ternworld.Itisstandingthenaturalhistoryofthediseaseandtherapeu-alsopossiblethatimprovementsinhealthcareand,inticinterventionshavebeendevelopedthathalttheparticular,theuseofantibioticstotreatinfectionscausedimmune-mediateddestructionofthearterialwall.Webyorga
5、nismsincludingtoxin-producingbacteriare-presentabriefhistoryofKD,reviewprogressinresearchducedtheburdenofrash/feverillnessandallowedKDtoonthedisease,andsuggestavenuesforfuturestudy.berecognizedasadistinctclinicalentity.KawasakisawhisfirstcaseofKDinJanuary196
6、1andItsuzoShigematsu,HiroshiYanagawa,andcolleaguespublishedhisfirstreportinJapanesein1967.Whetherhaveconducted14nationwidesurveysinJapan.ThesecasesexistedinJapanbeforethattimeiscurrentlyunderhaveindicatedthat:1)KDoccurredinitiallyinnation-study.Themostsignif
