1、3D打印技术辅助颈椎高位多段脊索瘤手术临床应用万方数据马立敏①张余+周烨、D陈加荣①蓝国波①黄文汉D姚孟宇①摘要目的:探讨3D打印技术辅助颈椎高位多节段脊索瘤手术切除的临床价值。方法:两例颈椎高位脊索瘤患者,术前行64排双源螺旋CT扫描,进行三维重建,快速成型制作出与实体1:1大小的颈椎模型,对颈椎模型术前制定手术方案,手术规划和模拟手术,指导手术治疗。结果:术前模拟手术使手术时间缩短,减少术中失血量,手术中参照模型,达到术中精确置钉效果。结论:3D打印技术能全面、直观、精确地显示颈椎肿瘤各部位解剖结构
