3、roposedtoindicatetheelectricfieldstrengthofthepiezoelectricactuatorsbilityataspecifiedlifetime.Thelifetime(numberofcyclestofailure)constructionfunctionoflifetimeofthepiezoelectricactuator,electricstrength,andelectricloadconstructionfunctionofelectricstrengthareconsideredastherandomv
4、ariables;andtheirprobabilityprobabilitydensityfunctionofelectricloaddistributionsarediscussed.Theinterferencemodelofelectricminimumvalueoflifetimeload,andelectricstrengthisintroducedtothereliabilitydesignofpiezoelectricmicroactuators.Bythisapproach,therelationshipmaximumvalueoflif
