4、whoshallbeavailableatreasonabletime.2.2Receivershallfurnishasufficientnumberofcompetentpersonneltoperformitsobligationhereunder.AllpersonnelemployedbyReceiverincarryingouttheworkshallbeexclusivelyReceiver'sresponsibility,andReceivershallholdClientharmlessfromanyclaimsofanykindb

5、yReceiver'spersonnelarisingoutofanyactsbyReceiveroritspersonnelinconnectionwiththeworkperformedhereunder.2.3Receivershallsearchforgoodsupplierandinvestigatefactoryforproducts12thatClientneed.MeanwhileReceivershallnegotiateareasonablepriceandprovidelatestproductpricedynamicsregu

6、larlyforClient,andcontrolthepayment.2.4Receivershallinspectandcontrolthequalityofproduct.Receiveralsoshouldonbehalfofclientsforthetransitwarehouseandstorageworkoftheproducts,andfortheproductsprocessing,importandexportprocedures.2.5ReceivershalldevelopanddesignproductsforClient,

7、understandandfinishingthelatestproductinformation.2.6ReceivershallprovideClientalltheservicereportsandrelevantdocumentationwithintheScopeofServicesandwithintheTimeSchedulefortheServices.Article3PriceandPaymentTerms3.1Clientagreestopaytheamountofservicefeesforthefixedtermofservi
