1、责任心和职业素养篇一：职业素养与责任心在管理升级的进程中，我们引入了以“责任单”为特征的“问责制”，在公司内实行这种已经被证实是行之有效的方法，通过上下工序之间、上下级之间的互相监督问责，强化制约，唤醒责任，来实现我们组织行为与习惯的转变，同时也培养我们的职业素养，实现升级和发展！在此，有一些话想和大家说说，来谈谈我们的职业素养与责任心。（一）什么是职业素养一个人的职业素养，除了应具备专业的知识以外，还应当包含两个方面：第一是敬业的精神；第二是合作的态度。第一方面：敬业的精神。有一个员工，在离职前的最后一天，坚持参加公司的会议，参与讨论问题，这些我们都可能做得到
