1、援藏,工作,体会篇一：赖成兵-援藏感想因为援藏，生活更加充实；经历援藏，人生更加精彩——青白江区第三批援藏队赖成兵曾经看到过这样一句话：有一种生活，没有经历就不知道其中的艰辛；有一种艰辛，没有体会就不知道其中的快乐。一年的援藏生活与艰辛，让我体会了其中的酸甜苦辣、喜愁哀乐。巍峨的群山、湛蓝的天空、洁白的云朵、漫山的牛羊、美丽的大草原、独具特色的藏寨碉楼、美人谷的藏族美女，这是我预期中丹巴的模样。但是，现在的我却有着与预期完全不一样的理解：高寒、缺氧、莫名的寂寞、无尽的思念、刺眼的阳光、艰难的翻越……organizationsystem
