1、委外加工协议书篇一：委外加工合同委外代工合同委托方：（以下简称甲方）被委托方：(以下简称乙方）甲方委托乙方加工甲方产品（以下称代工），为维护甲乙双方的利益，经双方协商，根据相关法律法规的规定，就有关委托代工事宜达成如下协议，以供双方共同遵守。第一条委托代工内容1.甲方委托乙方为其代工的产品，代工工序名称、代工的产品名称、代工产品数量、款式（或开发信息）、工艺要求，品质标准等由甲方提供.2.产品加工价格以经甲方签字确认的报价单为准。3.物料损耗：SMT电阻、电容、二三极管、0805（含）以下电感损
