6、险源辨识、风险评价和风险控制的归口管理。3.3综合办负责公司机关危险源的辨识、评价和管理。4、工作程序4.1选择以下活动、产品或服务，进行危险源辨识和风险评价。a)原材料采购、贮存和输送；b)设备运行、维护和保养；c)施工生产过程；d)其它辅助活动。4.2识别活动、产品或服务中的危险源，对风险评价。由危险源辨识、风险评价工作组,依据活动或服务的范围、性质和时间安排，采用现场调查、查阅资料、现场交流等方法对危险源进行辨识，确定活动中的主要的危险源并进行风险评价，确定重大危险源，以便实施主动控制。4.2.1危险源类别：a)消防保卫
