3、fortheshortageofpetroleumresourcesifweoptimizethepetroleumsupplychainandmakefulluseofthefunctionofmarket'sallocatingresources.Inthisdissertation,wewilldevelopanoptimizationmodelandresearchtheoptimizationofpetroleumsupplychainaccordingtothefactofChinesepetroleumsupplychain.Firstly,theautho

4、ranalyzesthepresentinvestigationconditionofpetroleumsupplychainoptimizationanditsrelevantproblems.ThenadeterministicoptimizationmodelwasdevelopedbasedonChina'spetroleumsupplychain,andsolvesthemodelafterparametersassignedaccordingtotheactualoperationin2007.Theresultsofthemodelbasicallymatc

5、hthefact.Finally,theauthordiscussthevalueofstrategicpetroleumreservethroughthedeterministicoptimizationmodel,andgivesomeadviceonbuildingandimprovingChina'spetroleumreservesystem.Thestudyenrichesthemethodsofresearchonpetroleumsupplychainoperationproblems,andhascertainsignificanceinimprovin
