5、高层次人才是指取得《珠海市高层次人才证书》并在管理服务期内的珠海市高层次人才。本办法所称补充养老保险是指高层次人才按本办法参加的商业团体养老保险。本办法所称特定医疗保障是指高层次人才按本办法享受的医疗补助待遇和医疗保健服务。1FundsforSupplementaryPensionInsuranceandSpecificMedicalSecurityareraisedfromtheSpecialFundforMunicipalTalentsDevelopment.第三条高层次人才补充养老保险和特定医疗保障所需经费从市人才发展专项资金中列支。2Th
