3、ubilizedinchitosan(CHIT)togetherwithcarbonnantubes(CNTs)toformaPtNWCNTCHITorganicinorganicsystem.TheresultingPtNWCNTCHITmaterialbringscapabilitiesforutilizingsynergicactionofPtNWsandCNTstofacilitateelectron-transferprocessinelectro-chemicalsensordesign.ThePtNWCNTCHITfilmm
4、odifiedelectrodeofferedasignificantdecreaseintheovervoltageforthehydrogenperoxideandshowedtobeexcellentamperometricsensorsforhydrogenperoxideat−0.1Voverawiderangeofconcentrations,andthesensitivityis260AmM−1cm−2.Asanapplicationexample,bylinkingglucoseoxidase(GOx),anamplifie
5、dbiosensortowardglucosewasprepared.Theglucosebiosensorexhibitsaselectivedeterminationofglucoseat−0.1Vwithalinearresponserangeof5×10−6to1.5×10−2Mwithacorrelationcoefficientof0.997,andresponsetime<10s.Thehighsensitivityoftheglucosebiosensorisupto30AmM−1cm−2andthedetectionl
