2、member,IEEEAbstract-Thedesignandanalysisofadual-polarizationfrequencyThispaperpresentsthedesignandimplementationofadualscanningarrayantenna,operatinginafrequencybandof2.7–3.0polarizedfrequencyscanninglineararrayantennawhichmeetsGHz,forweathermeasurementapplicationsarepresented

3、.Stackedtherequirementsforweathermeasurementapplications.Isolationpatchelementsarecoupledtofeedlinesthroughslotsetchedonthebetterthan40dBforthewholefrequencybandandcrossgroundplane.Awallofplatedholesinthemiddleoftheantennapolarizationpatternlessthan-30dBonprincipleplanesarecol
