3、DelaysmaydegradetheperformanceofNCSsandresultNCSswithdatapacketdropoutanddelaysasordinarylinearsystemswithinputdelaysandthisenablesustoapplytheininstabilityevenwithoutnetworkinserted.Therefore,itrichtheoryofdelaysystemstoanalysisanddesignofsuchisimportanttost
4、udyNCSswithtransmissiondelays.SoNCSs.Forthecontinuous-timecase,ourtechniqueisbasedfar,variousmethodologieshavebeenproposedtodealwithonLyapunov-Razumikhinfunctionmethod.Forthediscrete-theproblemofnetworkdelays.Anaugmentedstatevectortimecase,weusetheLyapunov-Kr
5、asovskiibasedmethod.methodhasbeenproposedin[13]tocontrolalinearsystemAttentionisfocusedonthedesignofmemorylessstatefeedbackcontrollersthatguaranteestabilityoftheclosed-loopsystems.overaperiodicdelaynetwork.QueuingmechanismshaveWepresenttheadmissibleboundsofda
