2、edbecauseofobviouslackofstudiesinthefield.FirstthetheoryofaHelmholtzresonatorisreviewedbyexaminingolderstudiesonthesubject.MostofthepreviousstudieshavecoveredHelmholtzresonatorsinacoustics,butthesamebasictheorycanbeappliedtohydraulics.Afterthetheoryreviewthetestequipmentandmeasurementmethodsa
3、representedandsomeresultsarecalculatedanalyticallyusingtheclassicalmodelandamodifiedmodelthattakestheeffectofspringmassintoconsideration.Thespringmassistakenintoaccountbecausethedensityofhydraulicoilisover700timesgreaterthanthedensityofair.Inthelastsectiontheresultsofthecalculationsandmeasure
