4、…………………………..AbstractAbstractThisresearchhasinvestigatedtheinfluenceofgaitcycle,malalignmentandoverweightontotalkneereplacementsusingafiniteelementmethod.Dynamicandfiniteelementmodelsoffixed-andmobile-bearingimplantshavebeencreatedandsolved;thefixed-andmob

5、ile-bearingimplantsdemonstrateddifferentperformanceonmovementandcontactpressuredistributioninthetibio-femoralcontactsurfaces.Morecontactareaswerefoundinthemobile-bearingimplantthaninthefixed-bearingimplant,butthemaximumcontactpressureswerealmostthesameinb

6、oth.Thethicknessofthetibialbearingcomponentinfluencedthefixed-andmobile-bearingimplantsdifferently.AdynamicmodelofanimplantedkneejointhasbeendevelopedusingMSC/ADAMSandMSC/MARCsoftware.Stressshieldingwasfoundinthedistalfemurintheimplantedkneejoint.Thestres
