2、剂5．9ml(5～8m1)。术后随访时间1～24个月，16例患者中，l1例1次泡沫硬化剂注射达到满意治疗效果；5例患者接受2次泡沫硬化剂治疗，3例联合弹簧圈栓塞精索静脉，1例同时行右侧精索静脉造影，泡沫硬化剂栓塞治疗，所有病例治疗效果满意，2例患者术中出现一过性干咳。全组病例未发生严重并发症：结论经皮穿刺导管引导的泡沫硬化剂疗法治疗精索静脉曲张是一种有效的微创治疗方法【关键词】泡沫；硬化疗法；精索静脉曲张；导管中图分类号：R7¨．24文献标志码：B文章编号：l0o8—794X(2011)-04—030o—O3Catheter-directedfoamscl
