3、interferometerswithdifferentdiffer-infact,thepolarization-dependentnatureofLiNbOmodula-entialdelays,weareabletobalancethethird-orderdistortionintheoutputphotocurrentandachieveafifth-orderlimitedlinkre-torspreviouslyappliedforlinearizationofIMDDlinks[9]hassponse.Wedemonstrateshotnoise-limited

4、spurious-freedynamicbeendemonstratedtosuppressthethird-orderintermodulationrangesofdB(1-Hzbandwidth)atGHzforatotaldistortioninacoherentanaloglink[13].IncontrasttoDCphotocurrentmAanddB(1-Hzbandwidth)thistechnique,whichsuppressesthethird-orderintermodula-atGHzforatotalDCphotocurrent

5、mA.Thesetiondistortionintheopticaldomain,onecouldenvisionre-resultsrepresentanearlytwoorder-of-magnitudeimprovementindynamicrangeoverconventionalintensity-orphase-modulatedmovingintermodulationcomponentsintheelectricaldomainanalogphotoniclinksforafixedreceivedphotocurrent.usingatechniquesimi

6、lartothatshownin[10]forIMDDlinks.WehaverecentlydemonstratedalinearizedanaloglinkthatIndexTerms—Analogphotoniclinks,linearization,microwavephotonics,phasemodulation.exploitstheRFresponseofopticalinterferometricdemodula-tiontoachievelinearization[14].Thistechniqueexploitssimilarconceptstothos
