4、duledin-servicedatefortheworkisApril2003.2.0AssessmentCompliancewithMarketRulesThe2001peakdemandattheNiagaraMurrayTST13/T14DESNwasabout52MVA.Theloadisexpectedtoincreaseby3MWbyDecember2003andupto10MWinthenexttenyears.TheratedMVAcapabilitiesofeachofthetwotransformersT13andT14are45/60/7

5、5MVA.Witheitherbankoutofservicetheremainingtransformerwouldstillbecapableofsupplyingtheanticipatedpeakdemandfortheforecastperiod.InformationprovidedbytheapplicantindicatesthattheexistingloadssuppliedfromT13/T14havea0.92laggingpowerfactorandthenewloadsareexpectedtohavesimilarpowerfact
