3、t.Duetovariousinternalandexternalfactorstheeconomicgrowth,featuringhighenergyconsumptionandhighinvestment,isbecomingunsustainable,sotheeconomicrestructuringispressing.Thisarticlesummarizedthenon-equilibriumstructuralchangesinChinaanddiscussedtheimpactonthelabordemandofthechanges
4、inindustrialstructures,foreigntrade,urbanization,incomegrowthanddemography.Tobespecific,asthestructureofthreeindustriesismovingforwardto“three,two,one”,alargenumberofsurpluslaborinagricultureneedstobetransferred.Thelow-endmanufacturingisstrugglingbecauseofshrinkingforeigntradean
5、dsoaringproductioncost,buttheserviceindustryhasalargedemandforlaborforce.Urbanizationpromotescitybuilding,publicservices,infrastructureconstruction,financialservices,high-endmanufacturing,softwaredesignandotherindustries.Theincomegrowthinevitablyleadstocorrespondingchangesincons
6、umptionstructure.Forexample,theconsumptionofhouseholdappliancesandcommunicationdevicesupgrade.Thedemandfortheelderlyserviceswillalsodevelopwiththeagingofthepopulation.Allthesechangeswillexertimpactsonthedemandsfortherelatedlabormarkets.Astheeconomicrestructuringaccelerates,labor
