2、stemisthenewproblemofthedynamicenergy-savingandeconomicdispatchinthewind/hydro/thermalcombinedsystem.Therefore,itisatopicdeservedstudythathowtoplanthesuitablestrategiesforspinningreservetomakethedispatchresulttobebetter.Baseonthestateofpowersystemdynamicdispatch,thespinningreservedynamicstr

3、ategiesoftheenergy-savingandeconomicdispatchareresearchedconsideringwindfarm、cascadehydroelectricstationsandthermalpowerplantsinthepowersystem.Themainworkisasfollows:①Theenergy-savingandeconomicdispatchmodelconsideringtheupspinningreserveofcascadehydroelectricisproposedinthepaperinthewind/h

4、ydro/thermalcombinedsystem,tomakeupthedeficitofexistingdynamicdispatchmodelwhichconsideringthepowerpurchasingcost,thecoalconsumptionandthepollutiondischargeinthewind/hydro/thermalsystem.Thepowerpurchasingcostofproposedmodeliscombinedwiththescheduledthermalpowerpurchasingcostandthepurchasing

5、costoftheupanddownspinningreserve.Inaddition,thepurchasingcostoftheupspinningreservecanbeadjustedwiththethreestrategiesofspinningreservewhichincludecascadehydroelectric,cascadehydroelectric-thermalpowerandthermalpower.Theconstraintsofthemodelnotonlyincludesecurityconstraintsandupanddownspin

6、ningreserveconstraints,butalsoincludetheupperandlowerboundsandclimbingconstraintofactiveoutputinthethermalplants,moreoverincludetheupperandlowerboundsofactiveoutputandthedischargeinthehydropowerplants,andatlasttheconstraintsalsoincludethedischarge,storagecapacityandtheupspinningreservecapac
