3、otallaryngectomyandpartiallaryngopharyngectomy．Serialsections(Stmathick)oftheanteriorcommissurespecimenwerestainedwimhematoxylinandeosinandWeigertelasticmethods．Allsectionswereobservedbythelightmicroscopeandscannedbythedigitalscanningmachine．NDPViewsoft

4、warewasusedtoprocessthedigitalimagesandtomeasurethegeometricdataofthetissuecomponents．Results：AdigitalimagedatasetofthemicrostructureWassetupsuccessfully．①．Theanteriorcommissureofthelarynxislocatedbetweentheanteriorpartsofthevocalcords，includingcollagen

5、fibers，elasticfibers(anteriormaculaflava)，theinsertionfibersofthevocalmuscles，epitheliallaminaandglandularandvascularstructuresinthesuperficiallayerofthelaminapropria．ThewidthWas2．82mmfromthemidlineofthelarynxtothelateralmarginoftheanteriorcommissure．②．

6、Atthesupraglotticregionclosetotheglottic，afewdensecollagenfibersandplentifulglandularandvascularstructureswerefoundbeneathepitheliallamina．Attheplaneoftheuppersurfaceofthevocalcords，subepithelialtissueshadmanydensecollagenfibers，afewelasticfibers，someof
