1、山东大学硕士学位论文该线经过中央后回,从而可确定中央沟。3、顶叶和枕叶的区分:①在近正中矢状面上,可以顶枕沟来区分顶叶和枕叶;②顶枕沟消失以后,以海马长轴的延长线与大脑半球后缘交点作为顶、枕叶分界;③海马消失后,角回出现,其下缘为顶、枕叶分界。当岛叶消失后,枕叶也随之消失。4、缘上回和角回的识别:①缘上回紧靠在中央后回之后,围绕在外侧沟后支末端蹄铁形是其典型标志;②角回出现的标志是颞上回末端分叉处,且位于缘上回之后,颞上沟消失角回也随之消失,故颞上沟是识别角回的重要标志。5、额叶各沟、回的识别:①当额叶皮质内出现壁间回时,标志蓿
