1、摘要超双疏具有自清洁、防腐、减阻等性能,在工农业领域得到广泛应用。本文采用复合加工手段制备超双疏铝合金表面,并对其超双疏机理进行分析,研究结论如下:1、采用高速电火花线切割在铝合金表面制备出超疏水表面,并对加工参数进行了试验优化,研究了各因素对接触角的影响规律;经化学刻蚀和修饰后,实现了超双疏铝合金表面的制备,优化了化学刻蚀试剂的浓度和刻蚀时间。2、采用激光刻蚀在铝合金表面构建微米级方柱结构,并对加工参数进行了试验优化,研究了各因素对接触角的影响规律;经电火花和化学修饰后,实现了超双疏铝合金表面的制备。3、由于超双疏铝合金表面独特
