4、anningelectrochemicalmicroscopy(SECM)wasdevelopedbyBardandco-workersin1989.SECMCanbeusedinavarietyofways,e.g,asanelectrochemicaltooltostudyheterogeneousandhomogeneousreactions,asanimagingdevice(nficroscope)toacquiregraphicsofthesubstratesanddistinguishthedifferencesofthesurface
5、,anditcallbeusedforfabricatesomemicrostructuresandstudymanybiosystems.Therearethreepartsinthispaper,maincontentsareasfollows:1.AshortreviewwasgivenonelectrochemistryofL,Linterface.ThehistoricalbackgroundandthebasicprinciplesoutlinedofTLCVandSEeMWaSbrieflysummarized.Especially,t
