2、niquewiththeelectrochemicalmethod.Theadsorptionbehaviorandelectrochemicalprocessofthemonolayersformedonthemetallicsurfacecanbeobservedeasilybymeansofthistechnique.Self-assembledmonolayers(SaMs)techniqueisregardedasareasonablemethodtocontrollablyconstructanorderly-uniformlayersthatgallprovi
3、deasimpleinterracialmodelforsurfaceanalysis.Electrochemicalimpedancespectroscopy(EIS)isbefievedasatoolforcorrosionstudywhichhasbeenextensivelyusedincorrosioninhibitorevaluation.ItisstronglyapprovedofEISinprovidinginformationonthecorrosionandprotectionmechanisms,especiallyforalladsorbedfilm
4、.Recently,SERS,SAMsandelectrochemicalmethodhavebeenusedintheinvestigationofcorrosionscience.Inthisthesis,SERS,.in-situSERSandSAMstechniqueswereconductedtoobtainthespectrumofthe2-Amino--5-mercapto-1;3,4-thiadiazole(AMT),AMT/sodiumsaltphyticacidandN’·(4,6一dimethyl-pyrimide)-N-cinnamoylthiore
5、as(CAS-1)monolayersformedatmetallicsurface.ThecorrosionabilityoftheformedmonolayersonthesurfacewasdeterminedbyEISandtafelplot.Themaincontentsofthisthesisincludethefollowingparts:(1)ThestructureandelectrochemicalbehaviorofAMTself-assembledmonolayersformedonthegoldsurfacewasobservedbySERStec
