1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要“一带一路”战略是党中央新的一届领导集体提出的重大外经贸战略，目标是通过打破沿线国家基础设施建设的瓶颈，增强区域内国家和地区的经济活动和文化交流，形成新的区域经济体，最终实现区域内不同文明的互融互通。出口买方信贷作为出口国重要的金融工具，有利于提升本国出口的规模，帮助本国企业走出去。在“一带一路”战略实施初期，通过出口买方信贷能保证基础设施互联互通建设的进行。有效的对出口买方信贷实施风险管理,能够保证该项业务的顺利开展。本文通过对银行风险管理理论发展历程的回顾,总结了风险管理的主要措施,结合出口买方信贷在“一带一路”战略中发挥的作用和“一带一路”沿线国别的特殊性
2、，分析并预测其可能面临的风险，包括信用风险、国家风险、法律风险、汇率风险等。研究各风险发生的深层次原因，采用文献研究法和经验总结法，采取风险规避、风险分散、风险转移等方式，提出“一带一路”战略中出口买方信贷风险管理的相关措施，包括宏观层面的跟随国家战略，设立相关协调组织，和具体操作层面的，加强企业选择，贷后关系，设计合理的贷款方案等。通过执行相关风险防范措施，降低出口买方信贷在执行过程中存在的风险，从而更好的发挥出口买方信贷的作用，为“一带一路”战略服务。关键词：“一带一路”战略出口买方信贷风险防范I万方数据华中科技大学硕士学位论文Abstract"Thebeltandroadinitia
