5、tiveshaveunifiedmanyactsforconstructionworksandconstructionproductsinthemembercountries.Theschemeoftheconstructionprocesspresentedinthepapercouldbevalidformostcountries,despiteofdetailedregulationsoflegalsystems.Thenumberofconstructionregulationstobefollow

6、edinordertogettheConstructionPermitinPolandisratherbig,sothetimebetweenthestartoftheinvestmentprocessandthedaywhentheConstructionPermitisissuedcouldbeseveralmonths.Onlylicensedprofessionalengineerscanplaytheroleofsitemanagers,siteinspectorsanddesigners,reg

7、isteredforthegivenconstructionproject.Dutiesandresponsibilities(civilliability)oftheseengineersarestrictlydefinedbyregulations.Theobligatoryinspectionofconstructionworksshouldbeexecutedbythelicensedsiteinspectors.Moreover,theworkscanbeincidentallyinspected
